Weekend classes 2013
Throwing weekend - May A weekend course designed to teach you the basics or really help improve your throwing skills. The maximum class size is 5 people, so there will be plenty of opportunity for 1:1 tuition enabling students to focus on individual goals and concentrate on the particular skills that you wish to master.This class is also suitable for beginners. 18th and 19th May 10am - 4pm Cost £120 FULLY BOOKED Porcelain Throwing Weekend - June A weekend course designed to teach you a variety of techniques and tips to help you throw with porcelain. This is a beautiful material to use but is notoriously problematic to use. You will have the opportunity to throw with different porcelains and develop your skills. The maximum class size is 5 people, so there will be plenty of opportunity for 1:1 tuition enabling students to focus on individual goals and concentrate on the particular skills that you wish to master. This course is only suitable for people with previous throwing experience 15th and 16th June 10am - 4pm Cost £140 ONE PLACE AVAILABLE Porcelain Throwing Weekend - October A weekend course designed to teach you a variety of techniques and tips to help you throw with porcelain. This is a beautiful material to use but is notoriously problematic to use. You will have the opportunity to throw with different porcelains and develop your skills. Classes Tea and coffee is provided throughout the day free of charge. For the day classes, please bring a picnic lunch. Please email me to check availability.The booking will only be confirmed once payment is received. Once a booking has been made, refunds are only possible if the place is subsequently filled before the start of the course.
